I’m located in the historic 595 building on Colorado Blvd, across from Urth Caffé. There is free 1-hour street parking on Madison and Colorado, as well as a pay parking structure (expect ~$6 for a typical session length). 

The marque in the lobby will have my office listed as “Angeles Crest Psychological Services, Inc.” in suite 632. Take the elevator up to the 6th floor follow the hall around to the left, suite 632 is the last door on the right.
